Oven Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. popped corn (unsalted)
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white syrup
1 stick oleo
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
Preparation

Bring brown sugar, syrup, oleo and cream of tartar to a slow boil.
Stir to keep from burning.
Remove from heat and add soda and salt; stir well.
Pour over popped corn and stir until well coated.
Keep warm while stirring.
Spread on cookie sheet or a deep roaster.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir occasionally.
Cool. May be put in plastic bags and frozen.
Eat directly from freezer.
