Chicken Extra Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken cutlets
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
oil
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (10 oz.) box fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. white wine
1 onion
1 can chicken broth
1 jar chicken gravy
Preparation

Chicken:
Fry chicken cutlets in a small amount of oil by first dipping in eggs and bread crumbs.
Drain on paper towels.
Set aside.
