German Meatball And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    2 c. medium egg noodles
    1 tsp. caraway seed (may be omitted)
    1 (16 oz.) jar sweet-sour red cabbage, drained
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, onion, milk, bread crumbs, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
    In a medium skillet (medium-low heat) in hot salad oil, brown meatballs; add undiluted beef broth and simmer, covered 30 minutes.
    In a large saucepan, cook noodles and drain.
    Toss caraway seed and noodles.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
