Potato Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 large potatoes
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can vegetable soup
Preparation
    Butter baking dish.
    Slice potatoes to cover bottom of dish. Slice onion and lay across potatoes.
    Cook Minute rice and spread on top of onion.
    Cook hamburger; drain and put on top.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Cover hamburger with vegetable soup right out of can. Pour 1 to 1 1/2 cans water (use soup can) over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
