Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburger
    4 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick (buy at feed store)
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Divide in 4 balls, roll each into roll and wrap in foil.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours. Puncture foil so fat can drip out.
    Slice thin and serve on crackers or sandwiches.
