Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 onion, sauteed
1 can beef consomme
1/2 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Saute onion in butter. Add rice and slightly brown.
Mix the soup. Cook in buttered baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
