Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
4 eggs
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and cooked
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Combine
all
ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in loaf pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Can also be baked in muffin tins (12) at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Be sure and grease pan or tins.
