Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and cut in 4 pieces
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 (No. 303) cans tomato chunks
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3/4 c. cooking sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chicken in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
