5 c. sweet rice (available at Oriental markets)
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1 c. water chestnuts or cooked sweet chestnuts, chopped
1/2 c. pine nuts
1 c. water
