Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini or yellow squash, shredded (not peeled)
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. liquid cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add sugar, frothy mixed eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Beat for 3 minutes, then add squash and other ingredients.
    Makes 2 loaf pans.
    Cook for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
