Raspberry Tang Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 banana
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water and chill until thickened.
Whip until light.
Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise.
Mash banana. Fold both together with pineapple, coconut and nuts.
Then mix all together with gelatin.
