Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 lb. brisket of beef
    1 (3 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (6 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (Open Pit)
Preparation
    Pour 3 ounce commercial liquid smoke over beef in baking pan. Sprinkle with onion, celery and garlic salt. Place in refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours. Uncover meat and pour barbecue sauce over meat. Bake 1 hour longer.
