Mama'S Cabbage(Eline Leblanc Marchand) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage or large Chinese cabbage, slivered
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. butter
    1 apple wedge, unpared
    dash of caraway seed
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a large pan with a lid, melt butter and add water. Add slivered cabbage, apple, caraway seed, salt, pepper and sugar. Place lid on tightly and steam for 15 minutes.
