Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks Parkay or butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream Parkay and sugar; add eggs 1 at a time, then vanilla and blend in flour.
    Bake in tube pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tests done.
    Excellent with fruit and whipped topping.
