Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients in electric blender or with mixer. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
Add banana mixture; mix well.
Stir in nuts, milk and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool before cutting.
