Mexicali Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. raw rice (not instant)
    1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce with tomato bits or chunks with herbs
    2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook beef until lightly browned.
    Add onion and green pepper, cook until tender.
    Drain fat, add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 35 minutes, stirring once until rice is done.
