Meatsea Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (5 oz. can)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. tomato paste
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. oregano
    grated Parmesan cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix meat, milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt with a fork.
    Pat mixture evenly in bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate or 8 x 8-inch pan firmly.
    Spread tomato paste over meat mixture.
    Drain mushrooms.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over paste, then mushrooms, then oregano and grated cheese.
    Lay Mozzarella cheese over top of pie.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5.
    Nice with a salad.
