Country Sausage Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    salt and pepper
    4 carrots, cut in strips
    1 pkg. frozen or fresh broccoli
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook and stir onions in oil for 5 minutes.
    Stir in the potatoes, sauce and water.
    Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes.
    Cook the carrots and broccoli; add to potatoes.
    Slice the sausage and add, heating everything together until good and warm.
    Add the cheese on top before serving.
