Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, browned
    3/4 c. onions, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can drained kraut
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onions.
    Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
    Mix all and make into small balls; roll in flour and dip in milk/egg mixture.
    Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.
    Can freeze.
