Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Martha White buttermilk corn meal mix
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers

pan. Beat egg in mixing
bowl.
Add
remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
