Heidi'S Apple Barrel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks softened oleo
2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. (or more) sliced apples
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 large box French Vanilla instant pudding
1 container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix oleo, flour and sugar together. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Mix together apples with sugar and cinnamon. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Prepare French Vanilla instant pudding. While the apples are still hot, pour pudding over apples. Cool and refrigerate overnight before serving. Top with cool whip.
