Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1/2 pod hot pepper
1 c. grated cheese or pimento cheese
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped onions
6 oz. can whole corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
