Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
1 c. long grain brown rice
6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, skinned
Parmesan cheese
slivered almonds
Preparation

Melt butter and add three soups and water.
Remove 1 cup of the mixture and reserve for topping.
To the remaining soup mixture, add 1 cup uncooked brown rice.
Spread rice mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place chicken pieces on top of mixture and top with the 1 cup reserved mixture, Parmesan cheese and almonds.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
