Rhubarb Cobbler With Oat Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 lb. fresh or frozen rhubarb, sliced into 1-inch pieces (4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, stir together the 3/4 cup sugar and the cornstarch.
    Stir in water and orange juice.
    Cook and stir over medium-high heat until the mixture is thickened and bubbly.
    Add the fresh or frozen rhubarb pieces; cook and stir until the mixture returns to boiling.
    Remove from the heat.
    Cover the mixture to keep warm.
