Poppy Seed Bread(Makes 1 Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1 c. canned evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. peanut oil or applesauce
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together first 3 ingredients; set aside.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs; add sugar and oil or applesauce and mix well. Add vanilla and poppy seed.
    To this mixture, alternately add flour mixture and evaporated milk.
    Bake 60 to 90 minutes at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 in granite pan).
    Let stand 5 minutes.
