Jud'S Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. liquid shortening
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Put milk, eggs, shortening and baking powder in bowl.
    Mix real good.
    Do not use mixer.
    Add flour; stir in just enough to make moist (do not beat).
    Preheat ungreased griddle to 350\u00b0. Pour batter onto griddle; flip when edges get dry and bubbles form in middle.
    Makes the best pancakes you ever laid a lip over!
    May be mixed and refrigerated.
    Batter will keep one week.
