Cheddar Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine cheese and flour in a bowl. Toss to coat.
    Add eggs, milk, ham and seasonings. Mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until set.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
