Hamburger Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 small jar picante sauce
    1 lb. Velveeta style cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar pimento
    1/4 c. each: ripe and green olives, sliced
    corn chips
    green onion
    cheese, chopped and shredded
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients together until all meat is browned. Add next four ingredients.
    Continue to cook until cheese is melted.
    Line bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish with corn chips.
    Pour meat and cheese mixture in baking dish.
    Top with additional chips, grated cheese and green onions.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes to melt cheese or serve as is.
    Garnish with parsley, chopped tomato and sliced olives.
