Crunchy Chicken Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    1/2 c. finely shredded, reduced-fat, sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
    3/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Roll in parsley. Cover and chill. Yield: 8 servings (2 dozen).
