Pool Room Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. shredded cabbage
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    3 large onions, chopped
    3 carrots, grated
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 pt. prepared mustard
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. plain salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and bring to boil on low heat.
    Simmer for 20 minutes and pack in hot jars.
    Seal.
    Makes 8 pints.
