Amaretto Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 egg yolks
    2 3/4 c. milk
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1/4 c. Amaretto
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell, baked
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. Amaretto
    1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan; stir well. Gradually stir in milk; add chocolate.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and reaches 160\u00b0. Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1/4 cup Amaretto and vanilla.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of filling.
    Chill 8 hours.
    Combine whipping cream, 1 tablespoon Amaretto and powdered sugar.
    Beat until soft peaks form.
    Remove plastic wrap and spread mixture on pie.
