Peggy'S Pickled Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box mostaccioli
    6 drops yellow food coloring
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coarse pepper
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 medium onion
    1 medium cucumber
Preparation
    Prepare pasta according to package directions, adding food coloring to water.
    Drain.
    Toss with small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
    Place remaining ingredients in blender.
    Blend and pour over mostaccioli.
    Refrigerate.
    Let set 3 days.
    Will keep for 4 weeks.
