Italian Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large can peeled tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. Morton seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 pt. Cedar Key oysters
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil until transparent.
    Add canned tomatoes, seasoned salt and oregano.
    Cook about 10 minutes on medium
    heat.
    Add\toysters
    and juice.
    Stir as they cook for about 3
    to 5 minutes.
    The edge of the oysters will curl.\tIf you want
    your oysters well done, cook longer.
    Can be served over rice or spaghetti.
