Lo-Fat Strawberry Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. unsweetened strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. plain lo-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. sugar or 2 Sweet 'N Low
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 ice cubes
Preparation
    Puree all ingredients in blender until thick.
    Makes 2 servings.
    Contains 181 calories, 10 gm protein, 2 gm fat and 27 gm carbohydrates.
