Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 c. fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces (approximately 16 ounces)
1 tomato, cut in wedges
2 hard-cooked eggs, cut in wedges
1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1/2 c. crumpled Feta cheese (optional)
1/3 c. olive oil or salad oil
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place spinach and tomatoes in salad bowl.
Arrange eggs, onion and cheese on top.
