Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew without fat
6 carrots, cut in chunks
1/2 c. celery, cut
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. pearl tapioca
1 tsp. salt
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. frozen peas
potatoes
Preparation

Combine all except potatoes and peas.
Bake, covered tightly, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Stir and add potatoes and peas.
Continue baking 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
