Yuletide Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Beat egg whites with electric mixer until foamy. Sprinkle salt and cream of tartar over top and continue beating until point that egg whites will stand upright. Add sugar gradually, beating meanwhile. Add vanilla and mix well.
Fold in pecans. Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven at 275\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yields approximately 5 dozen. Store in airtight container.
