Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Cook the first 4 ingredients in 3 tablespoons oil until soft, but not brown.
    Add meat and stir until meat loses red color.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
    Cook for 1 hour.
