Cheesy Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen vegetables (California Blend is best)
Velveeta cheese slices
3/4 stack Ritz or similar crackers, crushed
1/2 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Boil vegetables until just tender; drain well and put in shallow casserole dish (approximately 8 x 8-inch).
Salt and pepper vegetables.
Place slices of Velveeta cheese to cover top of all vegetables.
Make crumb topping of oleo and crackers. Sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until mealtime.
