Pork Chops And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
    3 or 4 peeled apples, cored and sliced
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown chops on all sides in hot oil. Place apple slices in baking dish sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
    Sprinkle apples with sugar and cinnamon.
    Dot with butter. Top with pork chops.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
