Amish Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 9 or 10-inch pie shell
    2 pkg. cook and serve vanilla pie filling (or your own vanilla pudding recipe)
    small jar Jif peanut butter (extra crunchy)
    2 c. confectioners sugar (approximately)
    Cool Whip or whipped cream
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and sugar together until very crumbly.
    Put layer of Jif and sugar mixture in bottom of baked pie shell.
    Add pie filling, then layer of Jif and sugar mixture.
    Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
    Add rest of Jif and sugar mixture on top of pie.
    Keep refrigerated.
