Three-Minute Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. coconut
    1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine cooled margarine, sugar, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla in a bowl; mix well.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
    Yields 8 servings.
