Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavor
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
6 mashed bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and flavoring.
Add 1 egg at a time. Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Add alternately with milk. Add bananas and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in greased and floured cake pans until toothpick comes out clean.
