Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers, split in half
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. sugar
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sherry
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk, simmering
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Arrange layer of ladyfingers in attractive dish or serving bowl, 1-quart size.
Sprinkle ladyfingers with sherry.
Make up Jell-O according to package directions; pour Jell-O over ladyfingers.
Chill until set.
