Crawfish Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. red bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. chopped crawfish tails
    dash of Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    black pepper
    Cajun seasoning
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Mix in cheese and bread crumbs.
    Shape into patties and dredge lightly with flour.
    Saute in small amount of oil until crisp or put in flat shell dishes and heat in oven.
    Drizzle with lemon juice or serve with lemon slices.
    Very good stuffing for flounder.
