Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, cut in wedges
1 small chopped onion
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of celery soup
sausage (approximately 1/2 lb.)
water
Preparation

Cook cabbage with enough water to cover cabbage and onion until tender.
Drain and add soups.
Gently fold together. Crumble sausage in pan and fry out grease.
Drain thoroughly and chop or break up larger chunks real fine.
Put on top of cabbage and serve.
May need to reheat before serving.
