Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shaved ham, cooked, or 1 lb. loose sausage, cooked and drained
    8 slices bread (crust removed), cubed
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dy mustard
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Place bread on the bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle on cheese (1/2 amount).
    Add 1/2 of ham or sausage.
    Layer cheese and remainder of meat.
    In a bowl beat eggs; add milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour mixture over cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 8 to 10.
