Famous Smorgasbord Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar (granulated)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix together.
Line bottom of 9 x 3-inch baking dish with this mixture (consistency of wet sand).
Pour batter over crust slowly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
