Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. ground beef
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 medium bell pepper, chunked
    1 (2 oz.) onion, sliced
    2 c. canned whole tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. cooked red kidney beans
    4 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Broil ground beef until rare and crumbled.
    Combine with egg white and dill weed.
    Shape into 24 equal sized meatballs.
    In a large nonstick skillet saute meatballs until browned on all sides. Add green pepper and onion to skillet.
    Cover and steam 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes and salt.
    Then stir in beans and macaroni.
    Cover and cook over medium heat about 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
    Serves 4.
