Crustless Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Light grease 10-inch pie plate.
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Put into pie plate.
    Put remaining ingredients into blender and blend until mixed well.
    Pour liquid mixture over ingredients already in pie plate.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
